Our Flag Ship: The Beverly Gee and her new little sister (8)
This Cal 34' is a solid old girl and a charmer to sail. Stable yet responsive, good in light air or heavy seas, a very big boat for her size. This boat is used mainly for group outings like you see in the photos with the ladies from the Shehan Center, 9 of the sweetest little sailors on the Sound! She's looking forward to meeting her new little sister, The Harmony, a 31' Trintella currently located in a very generous donors back yard! -
The Optis (1)
Well these aren't our kids or our boats. Ours are in Stamford awaiting delivery, but expect a bunch of smiling faces in Bridgeport when 8 of these girls arrive later this spring for our little ones to hit that waves in. Thanks to The Cardinal Shehan Center for letting is use this fleet this summer!! -
The Rainbow Fleet (3)
We have received a fleet of Rainbow 24s that were built for Annapolis and made it to us via Hudson River Community Sailing in NYC. These boat are rugged, stable and designed "to take four drunks across the Choptank in a hurricane". Of course we don't allow drinking aboard our fleet, but isn't it nice to know your boat will get you home safe and sound! -
The Hunter Fleet (7)
We have a fleet of 8 Hunter 140s that are available for public use. We ask that everyone take our SFA 1 course to ensure you are familiar with launching and sailing procedures, but of course we can check you out if you're a seasoned sailor and just want to hit the waves
